We reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholders billing address. If you are requesting an alternative delivery address please fill in the alternative Delivery Information at the Check-out stage of your order, along with your card billing address in the Customer Information area. You may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. If you refuse to provide us with this evidence, your order will be cancelled. This is to prevent credit card fraud. If you are using a credit card not belonging to yourself, you must give the cardholder's full name and address & telephone number. We will then contact the cardholder to obtain approval. Use of stolen credit cards will result in the appropriate police/authority being notified and we do take court action in all cases.
All products are mailed 1st or 2nd Class in strong, secure packaging and (for the UK) on request can be sent by Recorded Delivery. We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address if Recorded Delivery is requested as all items require a signature upon receipt. As soon as the goods are delivered and signed for they become your responsibility and no claim can be made for non-delivery.
Please note that all prices quoted include VAT at 20%. There is a Standard delivery charge within the United Kingdom only. For all special deliveries within United Kingdom, and for deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World we will email you at the email address submitted to advise you of any further delivery costs prior to adding this cost to your order. On acceptance by you of the delivery costs for your location the order will then proceed. If your order is returned to us as 'undelivered' due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be held responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Gift Vouchers, if ordered on their own, are posted out to you free of any charge.

If you do not receive your order (please check 'delivery times' above before contacting us) please telephone +44 01546 606 878 (Mon-Sat 08.30am-5.30pm) or send an email to: email@example.com with subject: "Missing Order" along with your Order ID number, full name, address and date of order.
If your goods do not arrive within 7 working days please contact us at Fyne Tackle to confirm that your order has been shipped and that we have your correct delivery address details. Normal delivery time after dispatch is approximately 2 to 7 days.
If your goods do not arrive within 28 days of dispatch first contact us at Fyne Tackle to confirm that your order has been shipped and that we have your correct delivery details. We cannot investigate lost or missing parcels until 28 days have elapsed.
Faulty & Damaged Goods:
If goods arrive in a damaged/defective condition you must notify us within 7 days of date of delivery. We will then replace the item once it has been returned to us.
If the goods are returned and found not to be defective, they will be returned to you and you will then be charged for any administration and return carriage costs. It is essential that your order be returned to us in the original packaging to which it was sent to you.
We can only accept returns for unwanted items if they are returned in original condition and un-spoilt. In the case of such refunds an exchange or credit note will be issued for later use. Refunds are given at the discretion of the company management.

Your Legal Requirements:
We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return an order there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must also return the goods to us at your cost to our returns department and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately packaged and insured during their return journey.

We make every effort to ensure the goods we supply are of the highest quality, reach you in original/good condition, and are delivered promptly as stated on our website.
Purchasing From Us:
By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying said goods (including passing your personal details onto couriers & other subcontractors). Personal details can be removed from our database by written request. No property or title of the goods shall pass from Fyne Tackle to the customer until payment has been received in full.
