Product Description

The Spectre RMX rods all use the very latest carbon fibre technology providing an un-paralleled performance at this price. Incorporates American Tackle's MW18 Microwave guide system for fly rods. This reduces the drag from the rod and rings by aligning the line perfectly  from the first stripper ring. When a line shoots, it ideally has so little drag that it exits the tip ring at approximately 50-60 mph for maximum distance.

The blanks are un-ground with a natural finish, leaving the original matt lay-up of the double helical hoop pattern intact, adding strength to the blank making it more durable while still providing the desired enhanced performance. The matt finish helps eliminated 'rod flash', whilst the self-colour whippings and latest superlight matt black aluminium reels seats complete a totally contemporary finish and under stated look.
