At Fyne Tackle, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our return policy below.
Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page before sending any items back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery; perishable goods; and items marked as final sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
