The McPhail Kate McLaren Sedgehog is a twist on a tradition wet fly, designed to be fished high in the water to imitate struggling insects. Fish this fly fast in the surface film to cause a disturbance or static as a dry fly in calm conditions. Designed by Fulling Mill fly designer, Davie McPhail.
